Every USM product is designed and manufactured in the United States. We focus on real-world ergonomics, builder-aware assembly, and serviceable design that respects the long lifecycle of a night vision purchase.
We use SLS Nylon 12 to produce housings that traditional injection molding cannot match. Aluminum 7075 is reserved for components where strength and precision are non-negotiable.

SLS supports complex internal geometry, integrated mechanical features, and rapid iteration. It also allows production-grade output without committing to injection-mold tooling on every revision.
