Warranty
USM warranty terms cover housing components and assembly under normal use. Review the policy carefully — final terms are subject to USM written policy.
USM products are covered under a housing warranty subject to USM's written warranty policy. Lifetime housing warranty applies where explicitly stated on the product page (for example, UNVG-14). Coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or use outside the product's intended purpose
- Unauthorized modification of housings or assemblies
- Export-control violations or unauthorized transfer
- Intentional damage, abuse, or negligence
- Incorrect assembly by third parties unless explicitly approved by USM
- Damage from non-standard use including environmental conditions outside design parameters
- Image intensifier tube performance — tubes are warrantied by their original manufacturer where applicable
Warranty service is handled directly by USM. To open a warranty claim, contact USM with your order number, a description of the issue, and reference photos where applicable. USM will evaluate the claim and provide direction on next steps.
